KYN28-12Metal armored movable AC switchgear,also commonly known as high-voltage center  mounted switchgear,is suitable for three-phase AC50Hz,rated voltage 12KV power systems.Mainly used in various substations,power plants,industrial and mining enterprises     and  institutions in the power system for power distribution.It functions with  controlling,protecting,monitoring  and measuring circuits,etc.

 

This switchgear can prevent the opening and closing of isolation switches isolation handcarts)underload,and prevent the accidental opening and closing of circuit breakers,load  switches,and contactors (allowing prompts),prevent closing circuit breakers,load switches when the grounding switch is in the closed position.Prevent accidental closing of the grounding  switch when energized;The “five prevention interlocking”function is used to prevent accidental  entry  intotheelectrified compartment.In addition to the above interlocking  functions,the     fllowing functions are also required:when the secondary airplugislocked and the  handcartis  in the working  position,it cannot be unplugged or unplugged.When the handcart is in the working position,the secondary air plug valveis self-locking;when the handcart is in the working     position,the circuit breaker chamber door cannot be opened at wil.However,during the  process of shaking the handcart from the test position to the working  position,the handcart can be unlocked to automaticall openthe valve.When the handcartisin the working position,  the circuit breaker chamber door cannot be opened.

 

The product cabinet is made of imported high-quality aluminum

zinc coated steel plate,which is processed and assembled through   multiple bending processes through precision CNC machine tools, avoiding welding stress deformation of welded cabinets and

effectively ensuring the overall size uniformity andbeauty of the  switchgear.Meanwhile,it has higher mechanical strength than

equivalent steel plates.The cabinet door iscoated with spray-paint.  which has strong impact resistance,corrosion resistance,and

oxidation resistance

The overall switchqear consists of two main parts:a fixed cabinet I

body and a withdrawable component(referred to as a handcart).  The outer shell of thecabinet body and the metal partitions of each  functional unit are connected by high-strength bolts.The

protection level of the switchgear enclosure can reach IP4X,and the   protection level when the circuit breaker room door is opened can   reach IP2X.The handcart,grounding switch,and cabinet door have  reliable mechanical interlocking,making operation flexible,safe, and reliable.

■ The cable room has ample space for the installation of CT,PT,  grounding switch,and lightning arrester,and multiple cables.
