Optimized Airflow Cooling Design Enhances DC Charger Reliability and Performance

As DC fast charging technology continues to evolve, thermal management has become one of the key factors affecting charging efficiency, equipment reliability, and service life.

To ensure stable operation under demanding environmental conditions, our latest DC charger adopts an optimized airflow cooling architecture featuring a right-side air intake and left-side air exhaust design. This carefully engineered airflow path creates a continuous circulation system that efficiently removes internal heat generated by power modules, control units, and electrical components during charging.

Compared with conventional cooling structures, the optimized airflow design offers several advantages:

Efficient Heat Dissipation

Fresh air enters from the right side of the charger and flows through key internal components before being discharged from the left side. This directional airflow helps prevent heat accumulation and maintains optimal operating temperatures.

Improved Charging Performance

By keeping critical components within their ideal temperature range, the charger can maintain stable output power and high charging efficiency, even during extended charging sessions.

Enhanced Equipment Reliability

Effective thermal management reduces stress on electronic components, minimizing the risk of overheating and improving overall system stability.

Longer Service Life

Lower operating temperatures help extend the lifespan of power modules, contactors, control boards, and other core components, reducing maintenance requirements and long-term operating costs.

Designed for Real-World Applications

Whether installed in commercial charging stations, fleet depots, highway service areas, or public charging networks, the optimized cooling system enables reliable performance across a wide range of operating environments.

At LEISN, we continuously invest in product innovation to deliver safer, more reliable, and more efficient EV charging solutions. The advanced airflow cooling design is another step forward in ensuring long-term performance and customer satisfaction.
