Cooperation model between the venue and investors

Venue sharing model: The venue provider takes venue resources as input and participates in the revenue sharing of the charging station operation. The revenue ratio is determined through negotiation based on factors such as site location and passenger flow, and usually accounts for less than 20% of the gross profit of the charging station.

Venue rental model: The rental standard is evaluated based on the geographical location and market value of the venue, and the investor pays the venue rent on schedule.

Minimum rental fee for the venue+profit sharing model: The venue provider enjoys a fixed rental income and also participates in the revenue sharing of the charging station. The specific proportion will be determined through negotiation between the two parties.

BOT model (build operate transfer): Some governments or commercial institutions use their own sites to cooperate with investors. The investor is responsible for construction and operation, and after the operation period expires, the project will be handed over to the site.

Project investment cooperation mode

Self built operation mode: The investor independently invests, constructs, and operates the charging station, enjoying exclusive operating income.

Joint venture operation mode: Multi party joint investment, participating in charging station operation and dividends according to the proportion of shares. The cooperating parties may include equipment suppliers, site locations, financial investors, etc.
