Not the weightiest on the palate but still with cool dark fruit with minimal prune notes and no roasted effect. The finish was medium, balanced and soft. It was a quintessential Bordeaux to show a few friends what aged wine is like. Quite a bit of sediment in the bottle by the end, so stand and decant. Lost a little steam on day
